Over the years TESA has worked with Specialists and Program Specialists to develop better ways to interpret their work results that have lead to enhancements in career ladder documents.

TESA was instrumental in first updating the Program Specialist career ladder guidelines and secondly working with Extension leadership under Dr. Parr Rosson and Dr. Bob Whitson to add the Senior Extension Program Specialist level.  If you are interested in going up for promotion feel free to contact your Chapter Director for encouragement, support and review, we are here to help you.
